Questions
Do I need an account?
Yes. Points are saved to your account, so create a free one and stay logged in when you check out. Guest orders can't earn points.
When do my points arrive?
Purchase points arrive as soon as your payment is confirmed. The welcome bonus and referral points arrive when the order ships. Review points arrive when the review is approved.
How do I use my points?
Once you have 100 points or more, tap "Apply points" in your cart or at checkout. 100 points = $1 off.
Can I use points and a discount code together?
No. On each order you choose one: a discount code or your points. Your points stay saved for later.
Where is my referral code?
In My Account, along with your personal link and buttons to text or email it. It starts as your last name and you can change it there.
What does my friend get?
20% off plus an extra $10 off their first order of 4 or more cartons. They can type your code at checkout or open your link and it applies by itself.
Does my friend get free shipping?
Free shipping starts at $100 after all discounts, the same as every order. With your code, 5 cartons come to $109.96 and ship free. 4 cartons come to $85.97, so $15 shipping applies.
Who counts as a new friend?
Someone whose email, phone number and address have never been on an order with us. Codes can't be used on your own orders.
Is there a limit on referrals?
No. You get $10 for every new friend whose first order ships.
